Privacy information.
Operazo is an early-stage business software project. This page explains what happens when you use the interest form on our website.
What we collect
If you submit the form, we collect your name and work email address, and any business name or message you choose to provide.
Why we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry and discuss your interest in Operazo. We do not use an enquiry as consent for unrelated promotional emails. Our expected lawful basis for responding to business enquiries is legitimate interests, subject to the circumstances and your rights.
Where it goes
Once the form is connected, submissions are processed by our form provider (Formspree) and forwarded to a private business inbox. Your receiving email address is not published by the form. The provider may process information outside the UK under applicable safeguards; consult its privacy terms for details.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only for as long as needed to respond and maintain an appropriate record of the discussion, then delete information that is no longer needed. We review stored enquiries periodically.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to its use where relevant. You can contact Operazo using the enquiry form on the home page once it is connected. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office if you have concerns.
Website technology
This site does not intentionally use analytics or advertising cookies. Basic operational information may be processed by the hosting and form services to deliver and protect the website.
Before public launch: confirm the business/controller contact details, retention policy, form provider arrangement and any additional UK GDPR disclosures. This is a starter notice and not a substitute for a legal compliance review.
